Van Slamlocks replace the factory door handle with a surface-mounted lock. To open the door, the key replaces the handle's function. It's crucial not to leave keys inside the van as the door locks automatically upon closing.

Slamlocks enable independent door opening. For instance, unlocking the side door won't unlock the rear, preventing easy access for thieves.
